|Position:||Special Education Teacher|
My name is Sarah Spitzley and this will be my 15th year of teaching at Addison. I grew up outside of a one stoplight town in Indiana and was homeschooled. After graduating from Huntington University, I moved to Michigan and began my teaching career at Addison. I have always had a strong desire to work with struggling students and special education has allowed me to pursue that passion.
Outside of school I stay busy with my family – husband, three children, and the recent addition of a rabbit. Summer break finds me camping, swimming, and exploring nature photography.
At Addison Community Schools you will find a group of highly dedicated, passionate, skilled, and caring people. I consider myself fortunate to be a part of this staff.
