Sunday, Feb. 15 - School Resource Officer (SRO) Appreciation Day!

Monday, Feb. 16 – No School/Presidents Day

HS Softball is having a fundraiser with Emergency Contact NFC Tags. This is a great item to have for adults, teens, children or pets. The tags give first responders or bystanders an emergency contact through a Smartphone. See the flyer for a QR code for details or a demonstration video. They are only $10 each. Stop by the information rack to pick up a form.

The Addison PTO is having a Sub Sandwich Sale. See the flyers in the information rack and order by Friday, Feb. 27.

NHS will be hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive on Friday, February 13, in the Auxiliary Gym. There is currently a severe blood shortage. Please consider donating blood if you are at least 16 years old. All those under the age of 18 need to have a permission slip signed by a parent. They are in the information rack across from the HS restrooms. See Mrs. Freshcorn or Mrs. Husband to sign up.

The AYC has 2 events coming up: There will be a Valentine’s Day Party Fri., Feb. 13 from 3-5:30pm. Pinewood Derby Kick Off Tuesday, Feb. 17 from 5-7pm.

MIDDLE SCHOOL:

Tickets for the MS Valentines Dance will be on sale at lunch. Tickets are $5 at lunch or $10 at the door. The MS Valentines Dance will be Fri., Feb. 13 from 6:00-8:00pm in the auditorium.

MS student council members are selling lip suckers through February. Each sucker is $1.00 . Please see a student council member at lunch to purchase a sucker.

HIGH SCHOOL:

Seniors, you are needed to help with the Senior sponsored Lock-In for elementary students Friday, Feb. 13 from 5-8pm. Please see Ava Beard if you are able to help.

Seniors, please submit senior and baby photos for the yearbook. There should be a QR code to submit them in all high school seminars, and there is one in the art room as well. Both photos need to be submitted by February 14^th to be included in the yearbook. I would appreciate it if this was announced daily until they are due. If students have any issues, they can see me for information.
