Kiwanis Flag Program

The Addison Kiwanis will again be offering a subscription service to the community to install flags at residences, businesses, along local streets and in cemeteries prior to the major flag holidays.  To participate in the project this year, please complete and return this form with payment. Checks should be made payable to Addison Kiwanis Club.
